UDECC’s Feasibility Study will provide essential data needed by each partner institution in making its collocation decision. The scope of the feasibility study will include:

  1. Proposed ownership and governance structure.
  2. Draft of legal commitment between partner institutions.
  3. Building program.
  4. Project schedule.
  5. Project budget estimate, including costs of construction, fixtures, and furnishings.
  6. Conceptual facility plan.
  7. Resolution of site control, including negotiated purchase options on key parcels.
  8. Market analysis for sale/lease of commercial space.
  9. Draft environmental assessment of site.
  10. Proposed strategy for project financing.
  11. Assessment of market for existing church properties.
  12. Development pro forma (economic analysis).

Based on this report, each participating congregation will resolve for itself the question of whether it is ready to move from its current building and collocate with neighbor churches.
